1. Booking and Payment

A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in the package details.
Final payment must be completed before the deadline provided. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
All prices are subject to change until the booking is fully paid.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to our Refund Policy.
Refunds will not be provided for unused services, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.
Serenity Global Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full or partial refund as deemed appropriate.

3. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid and up-to-date.
Serenity Global Holidays will not be held liable for denied entry due to improper documentation.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
Serenity Global Holidays is not responsible for losses incurred due to failure to obtain insurance.

5. Liability

Serenity Global Holidays acts only as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators). We are not liable for service failures, delays, or losses caused by third parties.
Serenity Global Holidays is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

6. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify or replace elements of the itinerary due to operational, weather, or other unforeseen reasons. Customers will be informed promptly of any significant changes.

7. Special Requests

Any special requests (dietary requirements, room preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will try to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

8. Behavior and Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, guides, and local communities.
Serenity Global Holidays reserves the right to remove any participant who causes disruption or violates the laws of the destination.

9. Use of Personal Information

By booking with us, you agree to our *Privacy Policy*, which governs how your personal data is collected, used, and shared.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the laws of India shall govern, and any legal proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction of our registered office.

11. Marketing and Photography

Serenity Global Holidays reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during trips for marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the traveller.
