Serenity Global Holidays is committed to providing our customers with flexibility and transparency in their travel plans. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and our refund policy is designed to offer peace of mind while ensuring fair practices.
Booking Cancellations
Cancellations 60 days or more before departure: 75% refund of the total booking cost.
Cancellations between 60-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
Cancellations between 30-15 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking cost.
Cancellations within 14 days or less before departure: No refund will be provided.
Exceptions
Certain services, such as airline tickets or third-party bookings, may have stricter cancellation policies or penalties. These exceptions will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds will not be issued for unused travel services or portions of a package.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days upon receipt of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued only in the original form of payment used during booking.
Changes to Bookings
Any requested changes to bookings will be considered and accommodated where possible.
Changes may be subject to additional fees or penalties and require approval from suppliers/vendors. These terms cannot be contested.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political instability, or other external factors, Serenity Global Holidays reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings.
In such circumstances, we will provide:
Full or partial refunds, or
Alternative travel arrangements based on the convenience of the majority.
